Outerwear Warranty Information
All Autumn Outerwear is backed by a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including seams, zippers, snaps, and other construction-related components.
If your outerwear was purchased through an authorized retailer, the warranty claim must be initiated through that retailer within the warranty period. For purchases made directly through our website, please email Customer Service and include your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue.
Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents is not covered under this warranty.

- Photos of the Issue (up to 5 images)
- Short Description of the Problem
